Description

For players that are ready to graduate from the Developmental Program and compete in games. Practice will be held two days a week. Games and tournaments  will be scheduled in coordination with parents schedules.

We will provide Uniform Top, hat, belt, socks.  You must buy plain white baseball pants.  We provide  1 catchers gear for each team and multiple team bats.

This will still be development focused, we put arm health as a priority and will do our best to avoid tournaments that play 3 games in a day. .  Our hope is to join or create a local league to play more season style competitions.

The majority of our practices will be held at our Facility at Stadium Golf Center and Batting Cages. We will schedule field session when appropriate.

**** All players must be willing to pitch 1 inning  per game, all players must be willing to catch at least 2 innings per game only exempt with a doctors note. Doesn’t mean they will, but if the team needs them, we expect them to pitch in…. This is to keep everyone’s arm healthy and give players experience at other positions.

Winning is important, and we will always teach players to give a winning effort. That being said our goal is to create age appropriate quality baseball  programming that puts physical & mental health first,  team development second, and individual player development 3rd.  Playing time will be earned through Attitude, Concentration and Effort along side playing ability.  Playing time will be fair, but it won’t always be equal. Sometimes a player needs to sit the bench to learn how to get better or to  correct their Attitude, Concentration & Effort. As a coach we decide the reasoning and duration someone sits the bench. . These teams will be merit based, not customer service based as we prepare these youth for baseball at the high school and college level.  Players are always allowed to advocate for playing time and opportunities at different positions. We ask that the player learn to have these conversations with the coach, rather than the parent. ******We will have no tolerance for parents arguing with umpires, coaches or parents on either team,  or  complaining about playing time.
